What Tourison provides
Tourison shows curated travel ideas and links to third-party booking partners. We currently work with Aviasales and Klook through the Travelpayouts affiliate network. We do not sell tickets, rooms or tours ourselves, hold customer funds, or act as your travel agent.
Affiliate disclosure
Some links on Tourison are affiliate links. If you click and complete a booking, we may earn a commission. That commission does not increase the price you pay the partner.
Prices and availability
Figures labelled “from” or described as guides are illustrative seasonal ranges, not live quotes or guarantees. Ratings and review counts are not shown as verified partner scores. Always check the final price, dates, taxes, cancellation rules and availability on the partner site before you pay.
Partner sites
When you leave Tourison for Aviasales, Klook or another partner, their terms, privacy policy and customer support apply to that booking. We are not responsible for errors, cancellations, refunds, service quality or disputes on partner platforms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site (for example by attacking it, scraping in a way that harms the service, or using it for fraud). We may block access that looks abusive.
Intellectual property
Tourison branding, layout and original copy belong to the operator. Partner names and logos belong to their owners. Photographs carry the credits shown in the site footer.
No warranty
The site is provided as-is. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that content is complete, current or error-free. Travel involves risk; you decide what to book.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tourison and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from partner bookings, outages, or reliance on guide prices shown on this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the site, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms as Tourison changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
